Russell is a Graduate from the University of Tampa is originally form Montreal, Quebec, Canada is perfectly bilingual (French and English)

Russell is also still an active member of the PGA of Canada (38 years) and was recognized with the Prestigious Teacher of the Year award in 2001 by the PGA of Quebec. His communication skills were, and continue to be an important asset that led him to hold important positions as Contributing editor in French Golf Magazines, was Golf tips host on Radio shows and Golf color commentator on the French RDS Sports channel.

With his background in the Golf Industry, Russell has built an impressive network of Homeowners and Investors for the Florida Real Estate market and his move to Florida in 2020 to cater to his Canadian friends was the biggest and best move of his career! In this great transition to the Sunshine State, Russell has also developed the Ice Palm International Concierge and Consulting firm that manages and looks over Snowbird properties as the CEO.

Russell’s market here in Florida covers his hometown of Port St Lucie and goes down to the Sunny Isles area, catering to all the favorite cities that the typical Canadian home owner or potential buyers appreciate.

As a member of the Canada-Florida Chamber of Commerce, Russell stays active in the community to be up to date on the latest of the Real Estate Industry.
