About Rose Sklar

Rose has been a licensed real estate agent since 1989. Originally from New Jersey, she holds a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Rutgers University. She began her marketing and sales career as the Catering Sales Director at a country club, which made the transition to real estate an easy one.

She and Dean relocated to Weston and raised their two children in its top-rated schools. During this time, Rose developed a large network of high-end buyers and sellers. She sells the Weston lifestyle because she has lived, worked and played there and believes in its quality – her knowledge of the city is simply unmatched.

Having relocated, Rose truly enjoys assisting families with their moves and new beginnings. Rose’s greatest asset to the team is her expertise when listing a property – staging, pricing and developing the marketing strategy to get it sold quickly at the highest possible price.

Rose is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and national spokesperson for the Coldwell Banker RealVitalize® program. She is a panelist, podcast guest and content creator who contributes to articles for multiple magazines. Rose was awarded a Who’s Who award in 2019 and was named Mother of the Year in 2021 by the Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Broward County. She serves on the Executive Board for Master Broker Forum, Weston Music Society, Ghost Light Society and the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.
