Dean has been honored as a quarter-century member of the PGA of America. PGA Members who have served the PGA of America with honor and pride for 25 years are elected to the Quarter Century Club. His love for the game of golf landed him a career at a country club in New Jersey for 15 years. As he rose to success and married the love of his life, he longed to start his family in a town that had the lifestyle he dreamed of. Weston answered that calling.
Having spent many years in the country club scene, he naturally became a member of the Weston Hills Country Club and began a network of business professionals he could assist with the sale and purchase of new properties. Dean’s greatest asset to the team is his interpersonal skills, coupled with his strong negotiation abilities. He works with all listings, from contract to closing, throughout pending sales, inspections, appraisals and loan commitments, a time when negotiation tools are critical to the successful closing of a property.
Dean has been an Executive Member of the Broward Professional Alliance since 2005. He is also a member of the Master Broker Forum and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. He is a monthly Golf Article contributor to Our City Weston and Our City Fort Lauderdale, a member of the South Florida Boat Club and a proud sponsor of First Street Cars and Coffee in Fort Lauderdale.
